Greetings from St. Cecilia Parish in Ashland, Massachusetts. We invite all who seek the warm embrace of solace and friendship in the Lord to join us in fellowship.

Our Church (side door) and our Family Center are both handicap accessible. All are welcome.

Important Notices

 

Religious Education Registration

Registration for next year will be Saturday,
September 9th after the 4:30pm Mass, Sunday, September
10th after all Masses, and Monday, September 11th
from 10am to 5pm.
Preparation for First Communion is a
two year program beginning in first grade. The Sacrament
takes place in May of the second grade. Preparation
for Confirmation is also a two year program beginning
in the ninth grade and the Sacrament is conferred in
the Spring of the tenth grade year.


Religious Education Teachers Needed

Specific Teacher Needs:
Sunday 10-11:00 a.m.– Grade 4 – have one teacher,
need another
Sunday 12-1:00 p.m. – Grade 6
Sunday 6:30- 8:00 – Confirmation I and II – twice a month
Monday 3:10-4:10 p.m. - Grades 4, 5 & 6
Monday 4:15-5:15 p.m. – Grade 3
Tuesday 5:30-6:30 p.m. – Grades 2, 3, & 6
Tuesday 6:30-8:00 p.m. – Grades 7 & 8 – twice a month
Catechetical Year 2017-2018 – Classes begin for Grades
K-6 the week of September 24
th. Grade 7 begins on October 3rd, Grade 8 on October 10th, Grade 9 (Confirmation I)
on October 1
st and Grade 10 (Confirmation II) on October
15
th. Calendars for the year will be given at the beginning
of classes

 

St. Cecilia’s Flea Market Sept 16-17

Our Annual Flea Market to be held Saturday, September 16th   and Sunday, September 17th. It's time to be scouring your homes for treasures to donate.  We will be happy to accept clean household items, books, furniture and collectibles. Goods may be dropped off at the Family Center on Mondays or Tuesdays from 9 am to 4 pm or left on the Rectory porch at other times. PLEASE: no electronics or clothing.  Last year was a huge success. Let's make this year's Flea Market even better!

Homebound Eucharistic Ministry

someone you know is a Catholic and unable to come to
Mass due to poor health or advanced age and would like
to receive Holy Communion. If you might be interested in
